ORDER BY MAIL

You may place your order by mail.

Payment methods accepted are cashiers check or money order. Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment is received. Print 2 copies of your order from the shopping cart. Do not push the checkout button on the shopping cart. When all items you want to order are in your shopping cart, use the print feature on your browser to print 2 copies of your order. Please include one copy of your order print-out with your payment.

Before sending in your order and payment by mail be sure to fill out the form below so that shipping charges can be calculated based on total order amount and your location. Once we receive your completed form we will email you with your order total with shipping included.
